Epilator

Epilator, Panasonic Epilator, hair removal, remove hair from the root
I love this little gadget! But I have a love/hate relationship with my Epilator. For those of you who don’t know what an Epilator is, it is a hair remover that pulls the hair from the root. I know you’re thinking “Omg! That must be so painful!” and it is!

I’m not going to lie it hurts A LOT...the first time I teared up a little, but after each use it gets a little easier to handle. I only use it under my arms to remove hair because it removes any left over stubble, and leaves them feeling baby soft.

This Panasonic Epilator has two settings...medium and fast, and comes with a charger. You don't have to worry about buying batteries when the power gets low. It was about $50 at Target, but they have cheaper and more expensive ones that are sold online.

This part of the Epilator rotates very fast and pulls out the hair quickly so it’s only a moment of pain. When you first use it get your mind prepared because the pain of the first use is no joke.

I'm not trying to scare you...It actually might not even feel that painful to you! Please...please...please use it wet…you can add shaving cream or body soap and wet it and your under arms. When you use it wet it does not hurt as much as using it dry...you'll thank me!!

    1. Nope....usually it pulls out the hairs from the root...so you should not get ingrown hairs from the Epilator.

  3. It only hurts the first time after that will be better, because I know the timing and degree of the epilator.

  4. Rochelle you are so right about getting your mind prepared the first time. I had heard about all the pain before using an epilator, but nothing could prepare me. Some people said it felt like getting a tattoo. When I first turned on the epilator, I was like no way. It made the loudest sound. Then I put it on my skin and wanted to scream. The first time is the worst. I find the more you use it, the easier it gets because you don't have to pull as much hair out and the hair gets thinner.
