How to tell if a guy likes you?

I was on the Google search engine (as usual) asking a how to question. Before I could finish the sentence, the first search that popped up was "how to know if a guy likes you?". I was like "wow is that the most popular asked how to question?" (dream bubble......flash back to the past). I remember when I was a teenager and used to use Google to find out the answer to this very same question. I liked this particular guy in High School, he was Hispanic, tall, cute, funny, and a football jock (so you know he was irresistible). He was in most of my classes and would give me weird vibes, so I wondered.......did he like me? 

One day I decided to Google the question and I was amazed to find so many search results, seemed like everyone knew the answer. The articles I read would all say the same things. Some of them were, he likes you If he stares at you, blushes when your around, goes out of his way to talk to you, talks to his friends about you, inquires about you from your friends, his pupils become larger when he sees you (how are you supposed to see his pupils from a far!!??), and so on and so forth. So when I did see him at school I tried to pay attention to see if he was doing any of those things I read from the articles, but I still could not tell!!(guys are so complicated, and they talk about us being complicated !!) 

I got so feed up with wondering and wondering about his feelings that one day in the hallway I went up to him and said "I like you" and walked away(true story!). When I turned around from down the hallway to see his expression he looked stunned. I had finally got it off my chest, he knew, and now the ball was in his court.  Later that day he could not keep his eyes off of me. I think he just could not believe that a girl would have the guts to even do that, I guess he was intrigued by me. I found out later that he had a girlfriend that was younger in our school, but I did not feel bad because I had gotten it off my chest and told him. 

I think the best thing to do if you want to know if a guy likes you, is to tell him that you like him and wait for his reaction, or just ASK HIM!!! I know it seems crazy and scary but it really isn't. He most likely wont ridicule you or laugh because he will be flattered that you feel that way for him. Just take a chance, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN! He might end up being your NEW BOYFRIEND!!

P.S. This is how I got with my boyfriend of one and a half years, by telling him I was interested :)...
